Clinical expertise
HSAGlobal is powered by people experienced in the healthcare sector with many years of collective practical experience in the shared care management space. We understand the organisational change as well as care and technology challenges involved. Our founders and board members have held senior positions in many public and private healthcare organisations.
The company has experience with many service areas with shared care management requirements including Heart Failure, COPD, Diabetes, Palliative Care, Mental Health, Renal Services, Older Person’s Health, “Frequent Flyer/ High Intensity User/ Intermediate Care” services, Pain, Allied Health, District and Community Nursing. The company has strategic partnerships with the Clinical Trials Research Unit and the National Institute of Health Innovation at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
HSAGlobal was established in December 2008 to acquire the intellectual property, distribution channels and other assets of Healthphone Solutions. HSAGlobal employs 17 fulltime staff with corporate headquarters and research and development based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Accessible technology
HSAGlobal's tools are cost-effective and accessible on a range of devices so all care providers can have healthcare software anywhere. Tools are is primarily delivered as a secure online web application, and can also be accessed via smartphones, notebooks, tablets or netbooks.
Solutions can be fully outsourced as a Software as a Service solution, or self-hosted and managed directly by customers.
Software is based on familiar and fast-to-learn Microsoft user interfaces, and built with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server and ASP.net.
International reach
HSAGlobal has clients and service provider partnerships in the United States, Canada, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. HSAGlobal works with Service Provider partners in each market – TELUS (Canada), iehealthcare (USA), Fujitsu (Australia) and SingTel (Singapore).
