Management Team

 

Matt Hector-Taylor, President and CEO

Matt is a founder of HSAGlobal. The key focus of his role is on strategic sales and product vision and direction. He has significant experience in the health sector, having managed a range of projects including organizational change, process redesign, strategy development and IT implementation.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waikato in New Zealand and a Masters of Science from University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. He is a frequent speaker at health and IT conferences, and guest lecturer at various universities and other learning institutions.

 

David Crompton – Director of Delivery Services

David's role is to ensure the application maximises the use of available and emerging technologies in alignment with user requirements. He also maintains the repository of sector specific business rules used to customise the application allowing rapid solution deployment. David has worked in the health IT sector for the last 15 years, and has held a number of senior consulting and CIO roles, including Ernst & Young, where he managed the Assurance Services division, and CIO of the NZ Blood Service, where he successfully implemented a national blood management system, which is still in use today. David has degrees in Commerce and Science and is a NZ Chartered Accountant.

 

Nara Chilluvuri – Director of Engineering

Nara heads the Product development/R&D team that's responsible for design and development of the HSAGlobal software products. He has over 16 years' experience in the IT Industry having started his career in India and working with local and international clients in India and USA before relocating to New Zealand in 2002. Since then, Nara has focussed on health sector information technology for New Zealand, Australia, Canada and USA, including more than two years in the primary care EMR space. Nara's expertise includes Team building, SDLC, Analysis, Architecture, Technical design, e-health standards, Quality and Product/Project management. Since joining the team in January 2008, Nara has introduced Agile processes in our product development life-cycle to enable rapid development and deployment of product enhancements to meet client needs.

 

Brent Sutherland – Chief Architect

Brent has significant experience in both Healthcare and Enterprise Architecture. He was the CTO of Healthphone and prior to that was the CTO for The Simpl Group where he was the lead enterprise architect for what has become Microsoft’s Health Connection Engine. He has served as a consultant on strategic planning, information systems/architecture reviews and planning across a broad range of industries including health, local government, retail, service and international trade. He has recently been a part of the PatientFirst Qi4GP project team.

 

Jennifer Caldwell – Director of Implementation

Jennifer’s role is to provide implementation services across all HSAGlobal applications, to ensure clients maximise the benefits of the software. Jennifer is a Registered Nurse with healthcare experience in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Her clinical experience has been in both acute and community settings, before moving into hospital management, Project Management and Health IT. Jennifer has worked the last five years with the HSAGlobal software, working with clients to implement solutions in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. Jennifer is also actively involved in product direction.
