
Microsoft publishes case study on HSAGlobal customer Mangere Community Health Trust
New Zealand primary & community health provider implementing CCMS
Auckland, New Zealand – The healthcare industry customer solutions group of Microsoft recently published a case study on influential New Zealand primary health provider Mangere Community Health Trust (CHT). Microsoft’s case study details the implementation at Mangere CHT of HSAGlobal’s Collaborative Care Management Solution (CCMS), a unified electronic system that manages longitudinal medical records and care management for patients with long-term conditions.
